Legal Compliance

By purchasing from J. Gray’s Estate Firearm Services, you certify that:
• You are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and/or accessories
• You meet all applicable age requirements
• You are not prohibited from owning firearms under any law

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be completed in compliance with applicable laws.

Firearm Transfers
• All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder
• Buyers are responsible for providing a current FFL before shipment
• All FFLs are verified before shipment

Failure to provide valid FFL information may delay or cancel the order.

Orders & Payments
• Full payment is required before shipment
• Orders are processed after payment, and the required documentation is received
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Shipping
• Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days after payment and documentation are received
• Firearms require an adult signature upon delivery
• Tracking information is provided when available

Failed Transfers / Returns
• If a firearm transfer is denied, refused, or cannot be completed, the firearm will be returned
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping, transfer fees, and a 20% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued only after the firearm is returned and inspected

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for:
• Ensuring the item is legal in their jurisdiction
• Coordinating with their selected FFL dealer
• Completing all required background checks and transfer paperwork

We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by third parties, including FFL dealers or regulatory agencies.
